Our favourite wedding dress trends for 2020

Last week’s Bridal Fashion Week in New York saw some of the industry’s biggest names get together to showcase the must-have trends for 2020.

The breathtaking designs showcased suggests that next year’s dress trends might just be our favourite yet, with some fabulously interesting ideas coming from the likes of Grace Loves Lace and Inbal Dror.

Here are some of the trends that we think will land in bridal boutiques across the South East in 2020.

Cut Out Panels: Rime Arodaky featured a number of cut-out panels in their dresses. Yes, the look will divide opinion, but you’re guaranteed to have a dress that will stand out.

Puff Sleeves: Having gained some popularity this year, puff sleeves are set to rule 2020. Yes, there’s a touch of the 1980s from them, but we love them.

Two Pieces: Two-piece bridal dresses are set to be`come a common sight at weddings across the region next year, providing a beautiful silhouette backdrop.

Colour: Goodbye white! Colour is set to continue its comeback next year with a host of pale blues and neutral palettes coming on board.
